When Shiro places a supposed Bobobobobone on the transporter inside his superhero badge to send to headquarters, it usually results in an explosion because it is not the real Bobobobobone.ĭespite being a fairly recent show, unfortunately, some dubs of the show are lost as a result of not receiving an official streaming release. The story follows the Noharas' family dog, Shiro (Japanese: シロ), becoming a superhero and protecting the legendary bone "Bobobobobone" from the evil inventor dog, Dekapoo (renamed to Deca in the English dub) and his ambitions of world domination and becoming World President. Produced by Shin-Ei Animation and Science SARU, the series was released for streaming on AbemaTV and Telasa in Japan on October 14, 2019, and new episodes were released weekly until September 7, 2020, for a total of 48 episodes, which have all been archived in their original language. It is a spin-off of popular Japanese media franchise Crayon Shin-chan (Japanese: クレヨンしんちゃん). SUPER SHIRO, alternatively known in Japanese as スーパーシロ, is a Japanese children's anime web television series created by Masaaki Yuasa.
